Vermicomposting is simply feeding earthworms vegetable scraps. When earthworms consume organic matter, they leave behind worm castings or manure that is a super fertilizer for plants especially useful for houseplants. In this session, you will build a vermicomposter to use at home. This is an easy non-smelling indoor composter that is good for earthworms, the environment, and your plants. The supply charge is $10.00. All material, including worms, will be provided.
